However, we hereby bring to your notice that the application for the Screening of candidates for admission into undergraduate programmes of the University of Maiduguri for the 2017/2018 academic session has officially commenced. Candidates who scored 160 and above are therefore invited to make an application for the screening exercise, to be considered for the 2017/2018 admission. However,the portal for the for the online registration opens from Thursday, August 31, 2017 and closes on September 14, 2017. Method of Application
However, to apply, follow the steps outlined below:
- Firstly, visit the University website www.unimaidonline.net:
- Then click on Prospective students.
- Afterwards, click on the link; “UTME/DE Application”.
- Then enter your JAMB Registration Number to be able to generate a Payment Invoice containing the RRR.
- Then, proceed to any of the below Bank with the payment invoice OR simply pay with your ATM Card.

- FCMB
- GTBank
- KETSTONE,
- SKYE
- STERLING
- STANBIC IBTC
- WEMA
- ZENITH
- Then return to the Application page and re-enter your JAMB Registration number again.
- Then, carefully fill the form.
- Also, ensure to enter your O’Level results correctly.
- Then confirm your entries.
- Then submit your application.
- Finally, Print out your acknowledgement slip.
- Await further communication from the University.
Note that the eligible ones would be required to pay a non refundable processing fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,500.00). However, any “Application submitted successfully cannot be altered. Thanks” .
Application Deadline
However, the application closes on September 14th, 2017. So, the eligible and interested ones should comply on time.
