  • Job Description; Fully in key recruitment activities including development of job descriptions, enhancement of job adverts, general market strategising, as well as organising and conducting of job interviews.







RequirementsApplicants are required to possess the following:
  1.   First, a minimum of  first degree in any related discippline
  2.   Minimum of one (1) year relevant work experience preferably in recruitment function.
  3.    Applicant should be used to developing and/or taking proper analysis of job descriptions of various functions , and also capable sourcing for qualified candidates by applying the knowledge of such analysis.
  4.  Additionally,applicant should understand how to make use various useful platforms  inccluding linkld,   job portals etc., for candidates’ sourcing and head-hunting. 
  5.   Also, applicant should have advanced  knowledge and wide experience in  report writing and documentations  
  6. Applicant must posses the ability of learning  fast and also with strong oral and written communication skills.   Finally,applicants should posses excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
