We hereby present to you this article, with the aim of informing the public that the 2017/2018
Mater School of Nursing admission form is out.
Mater School of Nursing Admission Form 2017
REQUIREMENT
1. The candidate is expected to provide the Original/photocopies of West African Senior Secondary Certificate (WASSC) or National Examination Council (NECO) or Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) Certificate with not less than five (5) credits, which will include English Language, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology and Physics in not more than two sittings.
2. Declaration of Age/Birth Certificate
3. Testimonial from last school attended
4. An official letter from your Parish a Priest or Pastor
5. Marriage Certificate (only for married ones)
6. Three (3) passport photograph with red background
7. Baptismal Certificate
APPLICATION METHOD
Application forms are to be obtainable from the School, at a non-refundable payment of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N12,500) Only, of which should be made to a First Bank of
Nigeria PLC account that will be issued to you by the school.
Important! However, Sale of forms starts from 01/02/2017 to 31/05/2017. Application forms should be received in the School on or before 31 May, 2017.

Time : 9:00am dot
Interview Date : 10 – 14 July, 2017
Venue : School of Nursing Lecture Hall
NB : Every candidate is expected to come along with, writing materials and original receipt of payment made. Also, note that Only candidates who possess the minimum requirements and pass the entrance examination, will be legible for the interview.
