• The Roles;

Plant Manager;  To be precised, The role will be based in Agbara, Nigeria and open to Expat candidates willing to relocate.
Maintainance Engineer; Monitoring overall daily and other scheduled maintainance activities in the plant.

Quality Control Personel; General contro of product quality standard and ensuring it meets with the recommendation of clients/ customers in the market.

Other Key Functions

• First, Controlling overall responsibility for Productions processes.
• Secondly, managing and driving down direct and indirect manufacturing costs to meet the required return on sales,
• Also, making sure that all that equipments, infrastructures and services are maintained to order.
• Furthermore, making sure that the production platform runs at the required safety, health, environmental and food safety standards,
• Similarly, controlling and monitoring quality of prodcts to meets the targeted specifications and standards.
• Additionally, Liaising with clients and other patronisers, suppliers, and also business functions from time to time to properly attend to customer service issues,
• More so, to maintain strategic plant projects within cost and timelines,
• Likewise, to organise plant project teams to enable them to acquire all targeted goals.
• Also, to leade, manage, mentor and coach newly employed workers in areas of responsibility,
• To add with,  driving continuous improvement and related actions to achieve benchmark performance,
• He/she is also to Optimise productivity through carrying out all necessary maintenance activities on machinery ,improvement of systems and work methods,
• Moreover he/she will be engaged with maintaining standard employee-relations with social partners, and enhance discipline.
• Finally, he/she will as well be engaged to driving skills development and knowledge impacts.

Basic Academic Qualifications and Skill Requirements

1. First and foremost a prospective candidate must have B.Sc / HND  in Engineering or other relevant discipline.
2. Also, at least 4 years post NYSC work experience in a releavant field.    Have a relevant engineering qualification (degree or diploma),
3. Similarly, a prospective applicant must have sound knowledge and experience in the aluminium beverage can manufacturing industry,
4. Aditionally, an applicant must possess well developed interpersonal skills in dealing with others.
5. Likewise, an applicant must be a certifiead computer literate with competency in MS Office/JDE,
6. He must be safety oriented.
7. An aspiring candidate must be self motivated and have strong leadership qualities,
8. Also, he must as well be experienced in leadership and management of labour relations issues,
9. Importantly, he must be very familiar with quality management systems,
10. Finally, a suitable candidate must have the skills and ability to work and deliver under pressure.
