As a matter of fact, The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) wishes to attract the attention of Nigeria frsh graduates and the general public to its announcement for declaration of interest for “The Engagement of Consultant for Peer Review Analysis on the FIRS Corporate Headquarters Revised- Cost -to- Complete Estimate”.

Criteria/ Requirements (Weighted)
- Note that, this engagement advert is strictly for Quantity Surveying firms.
- Importantly, the company should be a registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS), with a minimum of 25 years’ post registration experience in quantity surveying field.
- Also, the individual or organisation should be financially bouyant with the institute, providing supporting documentes of the finacial status.
- Additionally, The company size, number of staff must be provided as an attachement to other relevant documentary proofs.
- Similarly, Quantity Surveyors to be used for the project are to have at least eight years post-registration experience with (NIQS and QSRBN) as well.
- Compulsorilly, The company must have handled at least three verifiable projects of such magnitude with total contract sum of not less than N 10 billion within the period of last 5 years.
- Lastly, one of such previous handled projects must have a contract value of not less than N40 billion.
Note; Attach letter of award, completion certificate or interim payment valuation as evidence to the above projects.
