2017/2018 Ahmadu Bello University(ABU) Post UTME; Registeration Guidline and Eligibilty; 

We hereby present to you this article, with the aim of informing the public that the Ahmadu Bello University, ABU Post UTME form is out, though the portal is not yet open for registeration. But in preparation for the upcoming ABU screening exam registration, it is imortant to keep you prepared ahead of time with the following important information. Read below for the detailed information ;



2017/2018 Ahmadu Bello University(ABU) Post UTME Cut-off Mark

However, before moving further on this article, it is germane to note that the Ahmadu Bello University management has officially pegged her  cut off mark at 180 UTME scores or above, for 2017/18 Admission process. Hence, candidates that got below 180 in their UTME, is banned from ABU Post UTME exercise!

Moreover, as it has been on practice, also note that the screening exercise will be in Computer-Based Test (CBT) format.

QUALIFICATIONS:

As have been made mention in this article that ABU's 2017 UTME cut off mark is 180, the test is only meant for those that certified that requirement by the institution and must have chosen ABU as the first choice of University in the UTME.
Secondly, the candidate must posses an O'level certificate, with a minimum of five credit on the subjects combination of his/her course of study. Also, the result must not be in more than two sittings.  

 Online Registration Guidelines:

Moreover, all qualified candidates are to make a payment of the sum of Two thousand, two hundred Naira Only (N2,200.00) for the Post UTME exercise.


  • Login to the portal with your JAMB registration number as the username and your state of origin as the password  into  ABU's post utme registration portal putme.abu.edu.ng.
  • Generate and printout a Transaction Payment Slip and proceed to any of the banks given below for payment.

  • Make the payment in any of the prescribed banks and complete the registration and you will be provided with the schedule for the screening exercise.
IMPORTANT! The printout of the slip, Also with the passport photograph, And lastly, a printout of the UTME Original result slip, 'MUST' be submitted on the screening test day. This will serve as  a proof of payment and a successful application. Moreso, Programmable calculator, Mobile Phones, e.t.c,  are not allowed and highly prohibited during the Post-UTME Screening Exercise.

Finally, whoever that fails to attend the screening exercise on the date which is indicated on his/her Schedule Slip, is void for admission into the Ahmadu Bello University(ABU), Zaria for the 2017/18 academic session.
