- First, he/she will be the first point of contact with customers on the phone.
- Also, candidate be responsible for receiving and resolving customer’s complaints.
- Similarly he/she wiil be responsible for educating customers about our products and services.
- Furthermore, attending to SMS and Whatsapp communications with customers.
- Likewise to be friendly at all times when attending to customers.
- Lastly, he/she will work on rotational shift cycles.

Desired Qualities and Skill Requirements
- First, good command of English language; spoken and written
