  • To be fully involved in troubleshooting and resolving all issues/escalations on hardware issues (network issues)
  • Secondly,  to be fully involved in Hard Ware Fault investigation, detection and repairs without procurement/ damages.
  • Also. to be fully involved in nstalling of OS for all new/formatted Desktops and Laptops

JobScopes;

  •  First and foremost, to manage specific cases in the branch in order to achieve the best result. 
  • Also, to enhance the the processes of pre-authorisations and authorisations between the provider and the scheme and to give feedback to the concerned party.
  • Thirdly, to facilitate resolution of all queries from providers and members within the branch on specific cases and within the agreed SLA
