Eligibility for FUOTUOKE Post UTME.
However, the Post UTME Examination is not just for everyone who is interested to be admitted into the institution. In the real sense, the following are the eligibility/ requirements for application:
- First and foremost, candidates are required to have chosen the Federal University Otuoke as their first choice and must have scored a minimum mark of 150 in the recent 2017/2018 JAMB UTME Examination.
- Alternatively, candidates who did not take The Federal University Otuoke as their first choice but wish to study in the university and have also scored a minimum mark of 150 in the past 2017/2018 JAMB UTME examination are officially ordered to effect the necessary change of institution to Federal University Otuoke at least one 3 days before applying for any of the programmes as listed below.

DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED FOR THE ONLINE APPLICATION
Unfailingly, candidates are required to upload the following documents during the online application:
1.First, Recent Passport – size photograph
2.Secondly, an original copy of 2017 JAMB UTME Result printout
3. Thirdly, a copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O-Level Result
4.Also, copy of LGA Identification letter
5.Additonally, a valid copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION
1.Importantly, make sure you upload a digital passport photograph.
2.Also, ensure to use the same name as used in your JAMB UTME and in the same arrangement.
3.Similarly, make sure you submit active email address and phone number in your online application.
4.Unfailingly, upload your O’level checking scratch card and for candidates who combine two O'1evel results, the scratch cards for the two different results should be submitted.
